Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Node.js, Loopback 4 and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial experience, with a deep understanding of backend development principles and practices. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance server-side applications that support our various platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js, Loopback 4 and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps, to design and implement new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to production problems.
- Implement security and data protection measures in the backend architecture.
- Work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, to design and optimize data models.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the use of best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js and Loopback 4.
- Language Proficiency: Strong knowledge of TypeScript and its ecosystem.
- Industrial Experience: Proven experience working in industrial or similar sectors, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.
- Database Experience: Proficient with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- API Development: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Version Control: Proficient in using Git and version control practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Docker
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
