We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the irrigation automation field. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our innovative irrigation automation solutions to agricultural clients and other relevant industries. You will be responsible for building and managing a successful sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the irrigation automation sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities that align with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including growers, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the irrigation automation industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems, agriculture, and water management practices.
