Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  3. Present product/service demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  5. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals while maximizing profitability.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotional activities.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to track progress and performance against targets.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand professional network.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EEE, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve objectives.
  5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and overcome objections.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and report progress.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
  9. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  10. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
