Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 0 to 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, particularly in bulk/volume recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates as per organizational requirements. Language fluency in Tamil is mandatory, and knowing Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across different departments.

Perform bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and job fairs to meet hiring demands.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.

Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and interview feedback.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates.

Support the HR team in additional tasks when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably bulk hiring for IT & Non-IT).

Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills in Tamil (must).

Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software is preferred.
