Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (E&I).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in soldering.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, including circuit design, troubleshooting, and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various electronic devices and components.
- Conduct soldering and de-soldering of electronic components with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve hardware issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the development and testing of new hardware products and prototypes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols during all repair and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic hardware and repair techniques.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in soldering techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of electronic circuits, components, and schematics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex hardware issues.
- Experience with testing equipment and tools used in hardware repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or training in electronics repair or related fields.
- Experience in the wireless communication industry is a plus.
