We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Foreign Lead Generator to support our international business development initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, partners, and distributors in overseas markets who are aligned with Mobitech’s mission of modernizing agriculture through automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential international clients, distributors, and agtech partners in target countries.

Generate qualified B2B leads through online platforms, trade directories, agri exhibitions, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).

Initiate outreach campaigns via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.

Work closely with the international business team to share warm leads and support deal conversions.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems and prepare weekly lead generation reports.

Understand Mobitech’s products and value propositions to effectively communicate with global prospects.

Monitor trends in global irrigation and fertigation markets to target emerging opportunities.

Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing and campaign alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, International Trade, or related field.

1+ year of experience in international lead generation or business development (preferably in agri-tech, irrigation, or automation sectors).

Excellent written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.

Proficiency in lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.

Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.

Basic understanding of IoT applications in agriculture is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with agricultural input companies, irrigation product exporters, or government agriculture departments in foreign markets.

Familiarity with export documentation and international trade basics.

Exposure to Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, or Latin American agri markets.
