Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and team management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes, optimize operations, and deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional and technical requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business operations and suggest improvements to optimize workflows and productivity.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business users, to ensure successful project execution.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business trends, prepare reports, and present insights to support decision-making.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring productivity and quality in project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Software & Tools: Utilize business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar for documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Power BI, JIRA, and other analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in IT, Agriculture or Manufacturing domains is preferred.
